Rigo Peralta was born in San Jose de las Matas, Dominican Republic in 1970. then emigrated to New York City in 1989 the social and cultural change has resulted in the multicultural mix that combines her past and present urban Caribbean in order to file a visual code that marks an epoch in the Plastic transedental Dominican.
